Kathleen presented at the St. Croix Falls Public Library on a panel with three local writers for a Publish Your Book program last fall. She spoke in depth about the publishing industry and process, from the big national to the small personal. Kathleen’s professional approach was welcoming and included many opportunities for participants to “pick her brain” regarding topics of specific interest. She’s a valuable resource for anyone considering taking the next steps in writing and publishing.
Sarah Adams, Librarian, Saint Croix Falls,
I approached Kathleen Melin because I needed a published author to speak at my library for National Novel Writing Month. She was recommend to me by a colleague and I was very happy with the choice. I found the experience pleasant. Kathleen is kind, easy going and drew a large crowd. Her presentation and workshop was educational and fun for those who participated. I would certainly recommend Kathleen to those who need a knowledgeable presenter in the writing and publishing field.
